Man, I looove meditating. It calms down my mind so much and saying in my head my affirmations feels, I don't know how to describe it in right words, but calming? I just feel so relaxed and saying affirmations right after meditating feels much easier for me. Usually, I think about everything at a time, my mind is so chaotic at times, but after I started practicing meditation I feel much calmer.
