For example I know many people view anger as a "bad" emotion or low vibrational even. But when you sit with your anger talk to it and really listen to it, understand it. That is when you become more solid in yourself. You begin to understand yourself and why you act certain ways.
Questioning yourself is a beautiful thing. When we ask questions we learn.
When you allow these emotions (anger, fear, anxiety, jealousy etc) to be felt, accepted, understood and released. That is when you feel lighter overtime your energy will become for calm, clean and not so heavy.
